Paving Paths to Retail – Course Terms & Conditions (T&Cs)

1. Scope of Course Services
These Terms & Conditions apply to all course levels under Paving Paths to Retail, including:
- Paving Paths™ to Retail
- Paving Paths™ to Business Fundamentals Program
- Paving Paths™ to the Artist Within Program
- Paving Paths™ to Personal Shoppers Sales & Networking Program
Paving Paths Recruiters delivers professional training designed to prepare candidates for excellence in the luxury retail industry. These services include instructional materials, assessments, certification (where applicable), and access to practical learning environments.
2. Pricing and Payment Conditions
- Course fees are outlined in published brochures and confirmed upon registration.
- All payments must be made in full prior to the course start date unless otherwise agreed.
- Payment is processed securely through approved gateways in collaboration with Education and Services Hub or directly via Paving Paths Recruiters.
- For bundled or progressive learning, discounts for returning learners may apply. These are confirmed at the time of booking.
3. Cancellation and Reschedule Policy
- Cancellations must be submitted in writing at least 14 calendar days before the course start date for a full refund.
- Cancellations made less than 14 days before the start date will not be refunded unless under exceptional circumstances.
- Candidates may reschedule up to three times with no penalty. On the fourth rescheduling request, no refund will be issued.

4. Participant Responsibilities
Participants are expected to:
- Attend the full duration of the course
- Participate in all practical activities, role-play, and assessments
- Adhere to the Candidate Code of Conduct and any venue-specific safety regulations
- Complete pre-assessment and post-assessment tasks honestly and on time
5. Access Rights (to Course Materials)
- Course materials are provided for personal, non-commercial use only.
- Materials must not be shared, distributed, copied, or published in any format without written permission.
- Access to digital materials may be time-limited to the course duration or specified learning window.
6. Code of Conduct
All candidates are required to behave in a respectful, inclusive, and professional manner. This includes:
- Respecting trainers and fellow learners
- Maintaining confidentiality of class discussions
- Following dress code or appearance guidelines (if specified)
Misconduct may result in removal from the course with no entitlement to refund.
7. Liability Limitations
Paving Paths Recruiters is not liable for:
- Any loss of income, business opportunities, or employment outcomes resulting from course participation
- Technical issues outside our control, including internet disruptions or third-party platform failures
- Personal belongings lost or damaged during in-person courses
8. Certification Criteria
Certificates will only be awarded to participants who:
- Complete all required training sessions
- Attend for the full duration
- Achieve a minimum assessment score of 85%
- Demonstrate professional engagement in practical components
Certificates may be withheld for unpaid fees or failure to meet participation criteria.
9. Intellectual Property Rights
All course materials, brand assets, and training content are the intellectual property of Paving Paths Recruiters or its partners. No material may be copied, recorded, or reused without express written consent.
10. Complaints Procedure
Participants may raise a concern or complaint by contacting: 📧 support@pavingpathsrecruiters.com. All complaints will be acknowledged within 7 business days and resolved following our internal Complaints & Grievance Policy.
11. Force Majeure
Paving Paths Recruiters shall not be held responsible for delays or cancellations caused by unforeseen events beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, strikes, pandemic-related restrictions). In such cases, course dates will be rescheduled or credits may be issued.
12. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising under these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of UK courts.
